Luke Simcoe

Luke (he/him) is a strategic storyteller with a background in entrepreneurship and journalism. He’s currently a change management lead at Ontario’s Ministry of Government and Consumer Services, supporting modernization across a 6,000-person department. He previously helped launch and scale Code for Canada, the country’s leading civic technology nonprofit. He’s worked with government agencies at all three levels to help them work in the open, build cross-functional teams and deliver digital transformation projects.
