Certainly formed the backdrop to many of our conversations over the years. I sent it over to my DG, i have just recently taken a position as a Strat Advisor at PSPC and i hope to provide some valuable understanding and learning about how to develop strategies for change that actually have a chance of delivering sustained change to the organisation and ultimately enable the organisation to achieve its purpose and have a positive impact on its stakeholders.
